Manager Projects & Continuous Improvement (Support) – Singapore
This role is responsible for scoping and implementing key internally focused projects aimed at supporting business operations across NMG’s global and dispersed practices. The role will largely focus on managing multiple operational or process-improvement based projects.

This role is responsible for scoping and implementing key internally focused projects aimed at supporting business operations across NMG’s global and dispersed practices. As well as enhancing overall discipline and rigour, a key focus will be placed on driving improvements to operational systems, processes and procedures and the generation of efficiencies, increased productivity and adoption of new technology.
The role will largely focus on managing multiple operational or process-improvement based projects. Excellent stakeholder communication is key, along with the ability to working closely across multiple functions (IT, human capital, marketing, legal/compliance, finance), forging strong partnerships with business heads and supporting the COO to meet and exceed strategic business requirements and expectations.
