Charleen joined Chatham Partners (now NMG Consulting) as an Executive Interviewer in 2001. Previously, Charleen spent 14 years in the financial services industry, consulting to business-to-business and consumer clients. Prior to her work as an independent consultant, she was employed as a Vice President at Hill Holliday and at Talbots. Charleen holds an A.L.M. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Vassar College.
