We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in Boston as an Analyst within our Retail & Institutional Investments (RII) division. Summary Statement

As an Analyst, you will gain deep exposure to research methodologies while gaining a broad understanding of the financial services industry. You will support the delivery of our core Insights and Consulting engagements in the United States, working closely with senior team members to conduct rigorous research, develop insightful analysis, and communicate findings in a clear, structured manner. The role also offers direct exposure to clients and senior leadership at NMG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze data in search of important client findings. Use analytical tools to identify business challenges and develop potential solutions

  • Perform data analysis and present insights using clear visualizations. Create customized, in-depth client deliverables and presentations

  • Conduct research on emerging industry trends and strategic topics. Respond to client research inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assisting in the development of strategic recommendations for clients

  • Collaborate with colleagues across North America and globally to share best practice and deliver high-quality outcomes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and internal processes

Competencies, Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience analyzing quantitative and/or qualitative data

  • A strong sense of drive and curiosity, eager to learn, ask questions and explore new ideas. A strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team

  • Strong, written, verbal and visual communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for work quality. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong time management and organizational skills
