Laura joined Chatham Partners in 2004 and oversees the design and execution of Chatham’s customized research studies. Additionally, Laura is responsible for company-wide strategic process improvements and management of the research team. Laura has over 18 years of financial services and market research experience. Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Laura was a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where she led change management initiatives for CRM systems implementations with a focus on sales and client service processes in various markets including: Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Government.
