Full Stack Developer

This is an opportunity to join NMG Consulting’s team in Kuala Lumpur as a Full Stack Developer, helping to develop and enhance the technology solutions that support our business.

Summary Statement

The successful candidate will bring strong full-stack development experience and advanced Azure expertise, combined with the ability to build secure, scalable and user-friendly technology solutions. You will work across both internal and client-facing platforms, collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues around the world to translate business needs into reliable applications.

This position will suit an experienced Full Stack Developer who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical challenges and continuously improving how systems are built. You will be confident working with C#/.NET, React, SQL Server and Azure, and comfortable contributing to technical decisions across development, testing, security and deployment.

Working alongside NMG’s Cloud Architect and internal teams, you will contribute throughout the full development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and shaping solutions through to launch and ongoing support. You will also help strengthen our development practices and explore new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.

Competencies, Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience, including complex production applications.

Experience delivering cloud-native Azure solutions in a DevOps environment.

Curiosity, a strong learning mindset and a creative approach to solving problems.

Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, strong organisation and the ability to meet deadlines.

Proven project management skills to keep delivery on track.
